After 16 years specializing in the upscale establishments of Dallas such as III Forks and Silver Fox, our executive Chef and Proprietor, Gregory Moreaux, has chosen to open his new dining and lounge venue in the charming historic Plano District and participate in the revival of this growing and vibrant community.

In 2008, Gregory is planning to open a cooking demonstration and Fine Dining Tasting one day per month and allow our customers to attend an amazing Chef Cooking Class Experience.
